Meet Francis Karuri Maina!
Francis comes from a single mother. His mother is poor and is unable to clothe or feed Francis or his brother. She forced them to go and look for food in the town, which they did mostly after school and during the weekends. Francis’ brother, Daniel Mbogo, is also in the Strong Tower Home. The two boys arrived there in March 2008. They love their mother and would like to learn to be able to rescue her and others who are suffering like them from poverty. Francis likes to dance and play football. His ambition is to become a doctor.
