Alex
Meet Alex Kamau Njeri!
Alex Kamau was born in 2011 in Mombasa where his mother was working as a barmaid. He has five brothers and sisters. In December 2013 Alex’s mom left the children with their grandmother and never came back. Alex’s grandmother is blind and struggles to care for all the children. His sister Rehema and himself were admitted to the home because they were not able to go to school. Alex and his sister Rehema are now able to go to school and have the necessities needed to continue their education.
