Emily lived with her mother and stepfather but was mistreated. She ran away and was no longer attending school and was at risk on the streets. The area government official asked Rhema to rescue her so she could be cared for and protected. She is now safe and able to attend school. Emily loves to sing and recite poems and she hopes to become a surgeon.
