Meet Fredrick Makokha Mejja!
Fred was born in Mumias, in Western Kenya . His parents lived in Kayole before they separated. After their separation, his mother moved to Kawangare. Due to his father’s excessive drinking and irresponsibility, Fred dropped out of school and lived on the streets. He joined a bad gang and committed many offenses which almost landed him in jail. He was accepted at CCRC in 2006. He is good at athletics.
