Meet Leah Njoki Wainaina!
Leah’s father is deceased and her mother abandoned her and her brother Albert. The children were left in a rented room by themselves. They were rescued by a Longonot chief who brought them to the children’s office. They were referred to Strong Tower. For awhile Leah feared someone would come take her brother away, but she has overcome that fear and is now happy and enjoying going to school.
