Meet Lydia Mungare Manono!
Lydia’s mother died when she was giving birth to her and her father died in 2006. She was taken care of by her paternal grandmother, but she was not able to care for her. She was then sent to her aunt, but she was already taking care of her five children by on her own. Her aunt explained her situation to her pastor and Lydia was able to be taken in by Tumaini. She is happy to have found a new family who care for her basic needs and education.
