Meet Patroba Meroka!
Patroba was born in 1993 in Kisii District. His single mother died in 1997. He was taken in by an aunt, but she later was divorced by her husband who was the family’s bread winner. This made it impossible for her to take care of him because she had her own children whom she had difficulties taking care of. He was adopted at CCRC in the year 2006. He has done well as he returned to school, and is enjoying High School. Details pending.
