Timothy’s story was reported to the local children’s office by neighbors who saw that his mother was chasing him out of the home and forcing him to sleep outdoors. A home visit by officers confirmed that the mother is sickly and suffering from mental illness. Timothy was removed from the home and placed at Rhema Kinangop for care and protection.
