Victor is an orphan who lived at Tumaini when he was a young boy. Unfortunately his uncle pulled him from the home, and Victor faced many hardships including abuse, begging, and stealing. Now Victor is safely back at Tumaini where he will be well-cared for and have the opportunity to continue with his education.
